Capture Noise, Getting nosie from capture video.

Unregistered

I am having a problem with these diagonal lines appearing
on the captured video which do not appear from the source.
I have tried all kinds of noise reducers and nothing can get
rid of them.

Also vdub will not let me save to a hard drive other than my
c drive, it gives me an error file not found or something.
Please help.
