I want to rip a PAL Region 2 DVD, and want to make it in to a NTSC VCD? Somebody suggested VirtualDub, But I'm a bit of a computer novice. I need HELP. I have two rip/burn programs (DVDEO PRO & DVD copy Plus) But both keep the PAL sytem, and I can not change it into a NTSC system VCD.

Hello.
I don't see any way VirtualDub can help you with your project. Also, I don't think these forums are the proper place to discuss DVD ripping of any sort. Instead, visit Doom9 or VCDHelp.

To convert between PAL and NTSC you should look into Aisynth, it can make it very well. There´s also a piece of crap from DVfilm called Atlantis that makes this kind of conversion. |

What is Aisynth? That sounds cool! Where can I get it?
LOL
You could also try Avisynth.
