Pinnacle Studio Pctv, error when Capture

Hi! I've a Sudio PCTV and I can capture videos (Composite) with the software by Pinnacle. But I can´t with VirtualDub, it doesn´t recongnize the drivers. However, if capture with Pinnacle's software I can't work with these .avi because VirtualDub don´t support PIM1 format very well. I've instaled the codecs "pclepim1.exe" but I have problems with the audio.
Please, I need someone's help!
