Sorry for my english ...
A salute to the forum, I state that they are about 10 days I'm literally banging to solve this seemingly inexplicable. I'll tell you: I need to pour some vhs tapes from my vcr through the scart socket which, through special cable scart / rca, flows into my capture card external USB-500 from Pinnacle. My OS is windows 7 and in order to enable it to recognize the device, I downloaded the drivers (PCLEUSB32Xx32) directly from the website of Pinnacle. In the past, running XP, I used Virtualdub to make the catch and I found myself very well but now I can not get it to work. Basically it happens that once you start the interface / caputure avi nothing happens. I noticed that both the sound source (audio source) and video (video source) do not see any entries. This is despite the menu device the device is present and selected. I installed several codecs but the result does not change. I do not know what to try to do. I also tried with VirtualdubMod but the software did not recognize the card. Thank you ... P.S. I tried with XP was hoping the SO ... nothing, usually result |

Something usable in this thread: - http://forums.virtualdub.org/index.php?act...=ST&f=6&t=18911

Maybe an answer in this one: - http://forums.virtualdub.org/index.php?act...=ST&f=6&t=18173
Myself I have an ION Video2PC, it works well in Windows 7 32-bit and VirtualDub 1.9.11. So I can not reproduce the problem.
Please let us know if it works or not, it could be usefull to other people too ! |

Check the log (Capture | Log, F8) -- if something goes wrong during DirectShow setup you will see errors there. |
