I downloaded a movie off a P2P file sharing program. when i open the movie in ANY player it will not open. Ive got all codecs on my PC but still no joy.
when I open the program through Virtualdub it opens it, but it goes through a process first. It says "avi import filter-Reconstructing Missing Index Block (agressive mode)"
After it does this u can skip through the movie and see it. The film is there. But how do i get it to work on E.G. MMedia Player/Power DVD/Real One. do i need to resave it etc etc.PLEASE HELP!
Any help would be much appreciated

You Might be able to Fix the Missing or corrupted data in the file By Makeing a Copy of the File with V-Dub...
