i keep geting this error message- " the requested audio compression is not compatible with the input format. check that the sampling rate and channel count of the input match those of the requested format."

what does this mean? ive have tried updating codex. on the properties the audio just says the duration and the bit rate which is 192kbps

when playing it through windows media player the properties say the audio codac is Morgan Stream Switcher, and the video codac is DivX Decoder Filter, does this help?
