For development of a new filter I am looking for a good, performant and free library to apply an affine transformation to VFBitmaps.

I need to specifie an transformation matrix in form of

A B E
C D F
0 0 1

for rendring a given source VFBitmap into a given destination VFBitmap.

Would be nice, if someone could help me with that, as I dont want to code something already existing...
