Hello,
I am using Virtual Dub since 5 years. I use this to Encode my Rendered AVI files from Pinnacle Studio14. I will Encode the 10 GB AVI file to 700MB and then i have to upload the video to YouTube. But now i am using latest camera which is giving HD 720p Videos with DivX Encoder and MPEG4.
Please let me know the process so that i can Encode the HD 720p (DivX & MPEG4) Videos in Virtual Dub to 700MB. Please help me out.

You need an input plugin

You can also try this for encoding only, CUDA based
