Get the 64 bit version of the plugin. If that's not possible, use 32 bit VirtualDub.

Nope, because it was never made as a 64bit version - not suprising since it was last updated in 2005

If you need a 64bit plugin you'll have to find a different plugin that does the same job and is actually available as a 64bit version or use the 32bit version of virtualdub

There is no such link, sorry.

Use 32 bit VirtualDub; problem solved.

(64 bit is *I think* only needed in cases where over 2MB RAM is required to process the video, a very rare circumstance)

All those messages pertain to DiXV / XViD.

Get ffdshow tryouts, all your troubles will be resolved.

Well not all: for non-AVI sources, use the FFmpeg input driver.

You can try VirtualDub pack rev.13 (VD 1.10.4 x86 + input plugins, filters, codecs, etc).
