Bandwidth allocation for the Webmaster plan ($29.95/mo) is 30GB/month, with $5 per extra GB. Highest day of usage per month is dropped before calculating bandwidth, and pair sends an alert halfway through the month if you're running over allocation. I'm speaking from experience, of course -- although the overage charges are cheaper and the bandwidth limits are much higher than they used to be. Bandwidth is really the only thing you have to worry about while at Pair; the database and disk usage limits are obscenely high in comparison.
