Need Filter ++brightcontrast On 4 Corners Only

I'm looking for a filter that will only concentrate on increasing the brightness and contrast of only the 4 corners in each frame of video. The centre of video frames are in good shape. But the 4 corners are darker than the rest of the picture. Is there perhaps a filter that will work with virtualdub or any other software to achive my goal?

Thanks for any help.
