Does anyone know of a renamer program that will help me to rename a multiple of zips at once. Where by, I would like to keep the original name but place in front of it some other letters but do with a large number of files at once.

I have a full collection of both European and USA (English) roms for the NES, SNES, N64, GBA, Sega Genesis and Sega Master Sytem consoles; as well as a full set of the WinKawaks Arcade roms.

What I would like to do is to share these through a P2P file sharing program. But because there are so many people would defenetily get confused as to what they were actually downloading. If I could get a renamer program that could simply rename all the console roms all except the WinKawaks Arcade Roms (which have to keep their original name otherwise they won't play) and simply add the heading such as:
NES_followed by the original filename
SNES_followed by the original filename
N64_followed by the original filename
GBA_followed by the original filename
SG_followed by the original filename
SMS_followed by the original filename

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

There are probably other solutions, but.... I did similar tasks by Total Commander (former Windows Commander)

Well... Actually, TC is the file manager (the Norton Commander clone for Win32). But its renaming procedure is quite powerful.
