How can I capture the video off an internet page?
To be exact, the streaming video from Creative Live. ( www.creativelive.com/live2 )
I can't find the controls to do it.
In the Help file, under Video capture/ Screen capture/Selecting the region to capture, the instruction is:
"Use the Video > Set Custom Format... menu option"
but I can find no such menu items.
In the next section: Starting the capture and performance implications, it says:
"You will usually want to set hotkey shortcuts for starting and stopping the capture via Capture > Preferences"
but I cannot find those menu items either.

You must enable capture mode first: File - Capture AVI...
