Genius Video Wonder Pro Iii, doesn't work with VD

I have Genius Video Wonder Pro III TV-tuner. It doesn't work with VirtualDub! I tried the fix for Philips tuners published on the VD site 1/16/2003. The capture work, but only in Win98 (I have WinXP Pro) and capture without sound (just noise). Seems like during the capture the program change the sound settings of the tuner.
Anybody knows how to fix this problem?
