Two things I'd really like to see in the next version are 1. ability to apply video filters to only part of the video and 2. ability to edit individual frames.

Masking is cool, but what if you want to replace frames with the scene that comes directly AFTER them instead of directly before? Also, the Logo filter is virtually useless if it forces you to apply it to the entire video. What if you just wanted to Logo the intro song? You'd have to split it, apply the logo, and rejoin it, and that's a hassle.

PS if there's already a way to do this, I'd sure like to know about it.

The conditional filter may work. But if you are using two instances of the filter will it not effect both the instances?
Logoaway filter can be used with a script file for the portions of the clip where the filter is to be applied. Logo filter should have developed the same feature as Logoaway and logo filter work like a combination.
