Warns Part For Preferences

If it's possible, my suggestion for Preferences menu:

New part: Warns.
* Non-zero starting offset. / can move from AVI.
* Non-zero wBitsPerSample value.
* Audio truncate fix. (I can't remember complete warn sentence.)
* If no audio is written.

3D accel:
Second option
* 3D video & filter acceleration (VDXA) only video rendering/progressing active.
Why this request? If I actived to 3D accel, video navigate can't good; freezing, blocking.
If it's disabled, no problem in navigate, comportable. I think, this feature useful to encoding speed.
If not, ignore this request.
