It seems fine, with very minimal changes from the original
(icons for the buttons and position of the frame display text)
You'd have to give a list of what has changed so I know where to look
eg
My own version (that's set up for my pc and assumes that various scripts are in certain places)

Some of the things to look at would be
Frame information text -> larger text box, more information
Job control dialog -> changed buttons and functions
Job control dialog -> job priorities, if equal do compressed before lossless
Job control dialog menu-> edit -> delete completed job source files, autodelete completed job source files
Save dialog -> cleans filenames (_- etc),
Main menu -> file menu -> processing defaults, lets you save and autoload settings at startup
Main menu -> separate save menu -> save with codec and priority, save in parts
Main menu -> video menu -> full processing mode (opens filters dialog auto), full processing mode (opens codec chooser)
Main menu -> video menu -> Select codec directly (assumes you have the codecs installed)
Main menu -> video menu -> prefer yuv
Preferences dialog -> timeline page, more options for frame information
Preferences dialog -> timeline page, more options for frame information
Filters dialog -> double clicking filters in the list opens the config page,

Дополнительно переведенный на русский exe и Delogo Фильтр Delogo русский. Фильтру с этим ехе файлом будет чуточку комфортнее.
Кто попробует тот поймет.
Там же мой английский exe файл. В exe переделал раздел < видео < "Частота кадров", думаю стал понятнее. Может поможет.
Жду замечании и предложения.

Also, extra code means it's almost certain to be bigger
And anyway
It's a video editor...........

It's phaerons source code just modified a bit and recompiled
Here's an idea, download it yourself then you can recompile it to make it smaller and correct any spelling

Я не знаю программирование. Вынужденно взялся делать свой вариант. И в последнее время обратил внимание, что моя не сжатая версия большим получается. И что смог удалил.
Указанная Вами опция и примечание не мои, в русской версии давно. Я с этой опцией не работал и не анализировал. Я изменил и передвинул в первую часть "Перевод в ___ кадр/сек, вместе с аудио".
Именно эту опцию ищут некоторые. И к уменьшению частоту видео никак не относиться.
Если бы приняли в обычную или показали, помогли исправить мою версию, буду очень рад и благодарен.
