Still something wrong with precise bicubic (VDub 1.4.13) ???

I noticed, that along left border appears colored stripe when increasing number of lines. If number of lines is the same or decreased then picture looks correct. Increasing only number of columns does not cause coloured stripe.

Checked with 1.4.11, all is OK.
