My friend just showed me a few examples of a copy and paste of some images and they are coming out as 9600 X 900 in size. The main capture shows up small on the far left of this panoramic capture within a blank white panoramic landscape. The height of the main capture doesn't exactly touch the height of what I think could be a canvas?... of some kind being recorded along with the image?

My friend experienced this today and I have tried looking up this problem online and I'm even clueless. He recently installed a program called Ditto but he is telling me that window's own clipboard app is doing the same thing to with the formatting of the images, 9600 X 900.

I have been using Ditto for the longest time and never had an issue with it. If anyone might know what is causing standard windows captures to mushroom into long panoramic images with blank white please let me know. Thanks.
