Who really cares for an "estimate" to be accurate - it's an estimate after all and does adjust itself as it progresses.
Why all the fuss?? Just let VD do its job and you'll see when it's finished.
I don't see it as a problem.

My opinion remains that more or less "baseless" estimates reflect poorly on ViDub & that ViDub could/should improve the estimation function ... |
