I just opened VD 1.4.13build14328 and got this error message:

Note: The terms of the End-Users License Agreement for Visual C++ Introductory Edition do not permit redistribution of executables you create with this Product.

It leaves VD running, but I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be getting that message.

on second look, I'm thinking it may be the cartoon cleaner just posted in the filters room, so I probably posted this in the wrong place.

It definitely IS the cartoon cleaner. Just delete the SIMPSONS.VDF file from vd\plugins and you should get rid of the message - and the filter, of course laugh.gif

Hm? That's strange... you mean it did not appear in the filter list?

It's works on mine too. I had both versions v0.1 v0.2 loaded at the same time, so the dialog came up twice.

Replace "but" with "so", that increases the logic ;-)

Could you compare the performance of 0.1 <-> 0.2 ? Just interested.

On a 11:23 RGB Huffyuv avi file the times were almost the same
20:55 v0.1
20:56 v0.2
The v0.1 file was slightly smaller in filesize. huh.gif
