Maybe this is the right place of my question.

I would like to know if there is a way to filter only a rectangular region of the frame! I haven't found anything for this.

For example, to put HIGHLIGHT on that region, or to BLUR it, or to ZOOM it, or to make it into B/W, whatever.

I suppose this could be a function of the VirtualDub itself. We could set the region to be processed similarly to the setting of cropping. And maybe it wouldn't be too complicated, compared to the great usefulness of this function.

Thanks in advance!
