I did a quick search on this fourm and I didn't see anything with online references to coding math functions in c, and since most of this math is beyond anything that they taught in the lower or upper division classes at my university (for computer science) I thought I would post this reference here.... it is a free online copyhere.....

http://www.library.cornell.edu/nr/bookcpdf.html
or
http://lib-www.lanl.gov/numerical/index.html

There are probably many more out there, but I haven't found too many yet... I'll keep looking though
