Video Denoise Does Not Function?, Problem with setting filters

Hi,
I have tried Alexander Tchirkov's

Video DeNoise

I don't see anything changing in the "Show Preview" of the configuration when I change the settings, and when I Play the video, the Output preview does not show any modification either.

Does this filter work?
Have any suggestions?
