Can Filters Be Developed With Delphi?, don't know C++

Is there any info anywhere? I'd really like some tips cos i have some filter ideas i'd like to test.

The jedi project don't seem to have any such info.

Yes Filters can be developed in Delphi, Delphi is still Used Quite a Bit Like Tmpgenc is written in Delphi..But I couln"t tell you were to get info on the subject...
