Hi,

I'm looking for a specific kind of effect, but I can't find it on any freeware programme.

The above link is to a package of plug-in filters for professional programmes such as Vegas. What I'm looking for is a filter which will do the same job as the "Glint Rainbow" filter under the "Lighting" tab. Does anything like that exist?
