I think I'm unlucky now, all wmv I'm trying today get desynched after remuxing (I have tried with wmv input plugin 1.7 and 2.5).

My guess is the audio is VBR. This works fairly well in the context of VirtualDub, but it doesn't work well if you Direct Stream Copy to AVI. Unfortunately you will have to recompress the audio to a more AVI compatible format, like MP3.

But the audio shouldn't be VBR, it say "Windows Media Audio 9.1 - 32 kbps, 32 kHz, stereo (A/V) 1-pass CBR".
PS: Since you show language for audio tracks maybe can you show it also for the video track?
