Sorry if this is in the wrong place, don't know where else to post this.
Anyway, I'm just wondering if there's a plugin for Vdub that can extract frames out of avis or movies without even opening the avi itself? |

I'm not sure what you mean by this -- extracting something out of a file without opening it seems contradictory.

I pretty much believe that you can do that using ImageMagick.
