This is what Avery told about it:

You could try other drivers: http://btwincap.sourceforge.net/ or the BtWinCap driver mode switcher written by koepi: http://www.roeder.goe.net/~koepi/ or maybe the last VDub Version is better ? Dont know it, but I think the problem is the missing timer function an sync algorithm in the "original"
