Hi,
I saw a post earlier that asked about frameserving a live video stream instead of actually capuring the video to an avi file.
I do live visual performance art and would like to use virtual dub to effect the live video but not store it on my harddrive. I have a really fast setup (dual P4s, 1 GB RAM, uncompressed capture card) so I know my setup can handle the video processing I want to do.
What I want to do is frameserve the video to my software video mixer (as an AVI) so I can use some of the video processing features (in VirtualDub) on my live camera feed.
Is this possable with virtual Dub or is there any other software ouyt there taht would allow me to frameserve live video (AVIsynth, ect...)? |
