I have a Pinnacle PCTV Pro - Card and want to capture Videos. But I can't get a higher Resolution than 352X288. The support of Pinnacle said, that I can only capture in higher Resolution with their own Software. With VirtualDub it is impossible. Is that right?

A have a Pinnacle StudioPCTV Rave and I can capture at 768x576 but I couldn't with my older graphics card.
