Problem With Captured Avi

ive captured a tv film with virtualdub
and if i look this captured .avi i have sound
but if i want to cut it with virtualdub
after 14 minutes ive got no more sound
and if i look this file with virtualdub
its the same i dont have sound anymore after 14
and its the same with the original .avi
if i use virtual dub to see it i only have
sound till the 14 minutes are over (14mins and a few secs)
but with any other player i have sound

please help thx and cya


update:
ive tryed to cut the avi file with avichop
and a wonder happend
with virtual dub i have now sound
but avichop crashes after the first "chop"
HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP

THX 4 nothing guys

ive think ive found the problem
it could be that if the file size gets over 8 gb
or if i use the stop timer or both together
the file could make a problem with virtualdub
