In capture mode, when I try to set the framerate, it won't let me set it exactly, it rounds it or something. Like it won't do 29.97 it'll only do 29.9706, or 30fps, it does 30.0003 and 23.976 is 23.9762. This is without clicking the "round to nearest millisecond" button. So what's the deal, how can I set it exactly or what should I be setting it to? Thanks |

I've noticed the exact same thing; in the end I settled on 29.9706. I guess it has to do with the way the frame rate is stored internally (dwRate/dwScale)? Maybe phaeron will comment on this. My advice is don't worry about it as long as the audio and video are in sync.
