I am trying to have several computers capture video, 720x480, at the same time to a gigabit san server. I can transfer files between 90MB and 120MB, but when I capture I immediately get dropped frames.

This question may not be specific to VirtualDub, but I am using VirtualDub to attempt the capture.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Do you also get immediately 'dropped frames' when capturing to the computer's own hard disk ?
If so, then the problem should not be on the side of the server.

For eventual VirtualDub settings to capture:

Thanks for the reply.

No there are no dropped frames when going to local disk.
