In this case you need a 'deinterlace'-filter for VirtualDub.

You can use VirtualDub's internal deinterlace-filter or you can use an external one from Gunnar Thalin:
http://www.guthspot.se/video/

More info about de-interlacing:
http://www.100fps.com/

In VirtualDub capturing-modus you can add a filter via Video > Filter chain > Filter list... > Add... (also check/activate 'Enable' in Filter chain)
In editing-modus you can add a filter via Video > Filters... > Add...

I see like moving dots in some icons and I its hard to see the words, like it was out of focus

I used the same deinterlace plug in that fixed my other problem but it didnt work

I am not really sure, but I think this has something to do with the bitrate that you attribute to your codec.
When the bitrate is not high enough you get a kind of a little squares, blocks or so called 'artifacts' into the images.

So, in a first instance I would give you the advise to increase the bitrate or quality parameters and look what it gives...

Looks like dot-crawl from the rca input
A dot-crawl or vhs filter might help fix it
Better not to capture it in the first place though, rca's probably the worst input you can get
All the other ps3 outputs are better quality

ok, Im gonna try your recommendations

I know RCA is bad cuz its analog, since the firewire from my camcorder stop working I have to use ezcap that my father bought a few years ago, I dont have the money to afford a new capture device for this moment.

Anyway with virtualdub and ezcap you can make some avarage - great quality vids for just a few bucks

ok I found something interesting, I get a better quality when I change the aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3 in the ps3 settings but it doesn't improved so much, I better quit for now, trying to capture gameplay isnt good in ezcap

thank you for the help
