Hi.
I was having a lot of success screen capturing video using VirtualDub along with VH Screen Capture while running Windows7.
But then something happened between the morning and the afternoon. I have no idea what. Now the capture is quite jerky. The status states only a few frames being dropped, so I don't know what is going on, but the difference in quality is huge.
I've done a lot of searching and trying different things including uninstalling VH and reinstalling and changing various capture settings, but, I have made no progress.
Does anyone have suggestions?
Maybe even a different capture driver? I tried Uscreencapture but it did not show up as a device.
Thanks! |

Some suggestions: - Unplug the capturing device and plug it in again (USB-connector) - File > "Exit capture" and restart via File > Capture AVI... - Use Video > "Preview" and not "Overlay" to show the image while capturing
- Still using the right video-standard ? --> look in Video > Capture Filter (Pal ? NTSC ?) |
