Some GUI options are not persistent when restarting Virtualdub. I've checked the registry keys for VirtualDub>Capture and it seems that there are no options for some GUI settings.

The ones I'd need (and therefore have checked) are:
- Audio > Volume meter
- Capture > Display large timer

Everytime I restart VirtualDub, or even when I exit capture mode and return to it again, they reset to their default visibility state (=off)

How difficult would it be to make these options persistent, or is there already a way to enable them automatically, by e.g. adding some registry keys manually?

btw: I've noticed a "cosmetic issue" with the large timer:
It does not clear its canvas when stopping and restarting the capture, which leads to slightly confusing time values being displayed.

Example:
Capture 1: 15 mins, 26 seconds (= 15:26)
Capture 2 (in progress) would display the following value after 3 mins, 00 seconds (= 3:00): 3:006

(I'm only posting this for the sake of completeness. Sorry if it sounds pedantic...)
