Hi all, i am absolutely new with virtualdub + "deshaker"
I've seen video's on the internet where the image rotates like crazy: ( https://vimeo.com/6960373 )
THIS IS WHAT I WANT.
I cant seem to set up my settings right to allow this to happen.
I've got the same setup with a white- gopro hero 3, fixed on lines of my kitesurfing gear where as im kiting towards one side the image has the good side up and going the other way it's upside down. and i want the video to "auto-rotate.
could anyone help achieving this.

Two things to try.
1. increase motion smoothness in phase 2 to really high like 10000
2. edge compensation, none and extra zoom 1.1 or larger
See how that works out
PS make sure you set block size to a small value when doing this, 20-24 so rotation is detected. If zoom is not needed, uncheck it. |
