Hi everyone !
How do I downsize an avi divx video (1.7Gb) to fit in a 700Mb CD using Virtual Dub? or, can I ?

Use a resolution of 640x??? depending on your aspect ratio.
then use a bitrate enough to fit your movie into 700 meg.

You have to reencode the movie, depending on your PC this might take 4 - 20 hrs ( 2 pass mode ). You will have to resize ( high probability ) to a lower resolution and use DivX5 in 2 pass mode ...
