Hello ! I think that question has been raised, but when you try to cut a piece of video in preserving he will still remain. How to deal with it ?

When you cut out pieces of video, and do this in combination with "Video > Direct Stream Copy", then you should always cut to just before a [K] keyframe.
If not, the preceding images to just the previous keyframe (included) will be remained.

If you really want to cut out to certain images, then you can check "Video > Smart Rendering" and use this in combination with "Video > Fast recompress".
In this manner, only the images that need to be recompressed (because the needed Key frame was not included), will be recompressed.
