It´s a free open-source decoding library for mpeg-2. But it is only a library with an example application (a CLI-application, of course).
But there is the MPEG-2-version of VirtualDub: http://home.attbi.com/~blade66/
But there is still, like with the Lame-mp3-codec, the licensing issue. |
