This is just a post for anyone trying to figure out why they can't find Cinepak under the compression options. Turns out that the Cinepak codec is a 32-bit codec and is not available in the 64-bit version of VirtualDub. If you want to encode/decode Cinepak video, you must use the 32-bit version.
