I have just read some posts on this forum concerning the fps reduction so perhpas you could answer me question.
The only thing I could do in Virtualdub was increasing the decimate number (il frame rate) but if I change the number of frames per sec the sound and video are not synconized anymore.
Could you tell me how to reduce the number of fps while keep audio and video syncrnized please ?

Using the framerate Decimate will divide the frame rate by the number you select. If you select 'by 2', a 30fps will be 15fps If you select 'by 3', a 30fps clip will be 10fps
