Sorry for the inconvenience -- the skin that was currently set on the board didn't match the authentication settings and so the form was not displayed properly. I fixed the skin's PHP code and successfully changed the email address on a test account. Please try again.
(Fixing the board has got to be the most bass-ackward way to learn PHP.)
