i Know this isnt related to vdub or any video encoding stuff but i really want my task manager to be fixed. so plz plz plz help. Here is the pic of the broken task manager window: 
Thats all there was, there was no upper parts with the close button and all!
All help is greatly appreciated!!!! |

This is the "minified" mode of Task Manager. Double-click on the blank border around the window to restore the caption bar. |
