Hi ,
I wonder if someone also encountered a problem in XP , the divx codec not listed under 'compression' in the video menu , even after installing the divx 5.02 bundle several times.
I tried deinstalling every unknown item connected to video compression , reinstalled virtual dub several times , the divx is usable as to watching a divx movie/clip , but virtual dub and flaskMpeg won't give the option to compress in Divx
Somebody who knows what the problem is?

Never mind , i found the problem
If you ever encounter the same problem , check if there are empty vidc.xxx listed in the registry (under HLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32) , i had 2 , and after removing them virtual dub opened up to me
