Is it possible to publish VirtualDub's Help pages on line? [EDIT and host them here.] It would allow forum users like me to point people to a helpful resource, and allow us to give citations for our statements.
There's no need for special tools (although there are free ones) to convert to HTML from RTF. One way is to open each page in Help, copy the URL (ie "mk:@MSITStore:C:\...\VirtualDub.chm::/index.html"), open in IE, Save as. Here's one I prepared earlier.

You're overthinking this -- they start as HTML pages before compilation.
I'd have to rename the links, though, since they currently assume a rooted path. |
