There is indeed, http://forums.virtualdub.org/index.php?act...=ST&f=7&t=19488
The fccHandler Quicktime plugin is better though iirc

For just taking the audio out and adding a new one, you could use mp4box
A GUI version can be found at http://my-mp4box-gui.zymichost.com/index.html
You want to "demux" the tracks and then "mux" the video and the new audio

MultiAdjust JoinWav WavNormalize FFMPeg Input Plugin v1827 UnSharpMask
Windows7/8 Codec Chooser
All FccHandlers Stuff inc. Installers for acm codecs AAC, AC3, LameMp3

Use the virtualdub file I gave you, it has it in there. When you open files, make sure you select from the drop down mov mp4.
Make sure you install quicktime from apple.

If cannot do with virtualdub use a tool to demultiplex then later multiplex to a new video mp4. Where you use your replacement audio stream instead of the original audio stream. See here for tools http://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/vi...de-multiplexers

Having a gui mp4 video-de-multiplexer tool would make it easier for you to do this
