Because of the fact that most filters not gathered in one place (allthough that many of them can be found at donald graft's site), sometimes it's hard to find them..that's why i would suggest to write down the links in order to create a small database at least with the most common ones..These are just a few to get started (by the way excuse my ignorance if sth like that has allready happened)
Mpeg2dec
Convolution3D
Lanzcos3

I've mirrored several YV12 compatible filters on my site too.

But this is a list of Avisynth plugins, isn't it?
Lanczos3 is already included in Vdub 1.4.13.

I'm glad you asked. Lanczos resize has been internal to AVISynth for a couple of versions now. If you're running 2.0.5 or later you don't have to load the plugin. Just use
LanczosResize(width,height)

Is there any Lanczos filter out there for Avisynth or Vdub that works with 16 pixels instead of 6?

To my knowledge there are only 3 versions of the LanczosResize filter and they all work the same way. There's one for Virtualdub, as a Plugin for AVISynth, and then the one that's internal to AVISynth.
