Please any one can help me?

I have windows 98 2ed. as operative sistem in my PC.

I tray to conver a AVI file to VCD file format.

Tring to use VirtualDub as a Frameserver option I have found that doesn´t work.

Please any one have any info about it, any solution, any idea?

In VirtualDub folder, run the program AuxSetup.exe.
